Monday 7.30-8.30am Morning Yoga
Early morning yoga to start your week right. The class will start by awakening the breath and body, shaking off the weekend. Warming up into standing poses to stretch and strengthen, as we bring in some more movement and flow.  Ending with a relaxation to set you up for your Monday.
Suitable for all levels, options given for beginners/ advanced practitioners so all should feel welcome.

Maya likes to weave anatomy, philosophy and patterns of movement into her yoga classes. Aiming to help students learn more about the practice and its roots. To bring awareness to their bodies, how they move and how the mind reacts. Practice is about bringing the teachings, breath, body and mind into balance.
