Latin Dance Workout for 50+ with Madeleine

Fun easy-to-follow dance classes include lots of rhythms and fusion of different music styles from Merengue, Salsa, Cha Cha, Rock ‘n Roll, Flamenco, Asian Dance to Tango. Help to improve your mobility, posture, coordination and energy levels. Choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong!
