Try belly dance for all-round fitness. It is also great fun, and a great way to discover core muscles, whilst enjoying exotic upbeat rhythms!
Beginners or intermediate students welcome.
Sandrine has more than a decade of experience in performing and teaching belly dance to a wide range of women, throughout the UK.
