Our project to make the hall accessible to everyone started at the beginning of August.  Work is taking place to put in a lift to all floors, create a new welcoming entrance on the Burton Road side of the hall, put in new accessible toilets and add a new room to the ground floor. It’s a really exciting time and we hope the works will be complete by early December.

September Update
The project is going well. The ground floor room is taking shape and the contractors have knocked through from the old classroom space into the new reception area. First fix electrics are 80% complete. The next pieces of work will be the installation of lift shaft steels and knocking through the external wall to form the new external door opening.
